                      Christmas Fun
Every year on the first day of December, my mom, my dad, my brother and I all start decorating the house for Christmas. My dad puts up plastic people and animals in my front yard. The people and animals are all around a baby named Jesus, and some of you might know why. It's to celebrate the birth of Jesus! As my dad does that, my brother and I clean our rooms and put up little decorations, like paper snowflakes. My mom puts up the tree, but leaves the lights and decorations. After she is done with that she would usually put up little decorations such as, candles, giant nutcrackers, angels, etc. Once everyone was done with their jobs we would all put the lights and decorations on the tree. My brother and I also would put up a small tree in our rooms. My family would have so much fun decorating the house for Christmas, but the most fun of all would be on Christmas day spending time together laughing and just relaxing.
If you have a holiday tradition, for any holiday, tell me about it by leaving me a comment.

The Last Book In The Universe
In this book, there is a boy named Spaz. Spaz was kicked out of his family unit, so he lives by himself. Since Spaz lives in Billy Bizmo's latch he has to do everything he tells him to do, or  else he gets canceled. One day Billy tells Spaz to rip off (steal) a old man named Ryter. On Spaz's way to Ryter's house, he meets Little face. Little face is just a little boy who has no home or family. Spaz doesn't know which house is Ryter's so he asks Little face to bring him to Ryter's house and in return he will get a choxbar (chocolate). Little face brings Spaz to Ryter's house and after he gets his choxbar he leaves. Ryter leaves his stuff by the door and says I've been expecting you.  Spaz is confused but takes the stuff anyway. Not long after that day Spaz meets a proov named Lanaya.  Lanaya gives Spaz edibles. Later that day, Spaz gets a message. Bean (Spaz's sister) is dying and wants to see him again! Spaz decides to go but runs into alot of trouble. He gets to see her and tries to save her. Lanaya, Ryter and Little face all help. If you want to know the end read the book.
I recommend that you read this book, if you like adventure and action. If you like love stories or if you just don't like adventure or action, then I don't think that you would like this book very much. Personally, I loved the book! On a scale from one to five, I would give this book a four or four and a half. I gave this book that rating because it really gets you interested and gets you thinking, but some chapters were just talk that wasn't really important. Overall it was a great book and I hope you decide to read it! Happy reading!

                  A Accidental Mistake
Swish go the automatic doors as my annoying brother, loving mom, and I walk towards the death trap, Children's Wear. " Do we have to come to Children's wear?'' My brother and I ask.
" Yes, you both need winter clothes."
" Okay," I respond.
My mom takes a while looking for clothes she thinks look nice, but I always think the complete opposite. After a while I get really bored, so I decide to go to were all the toys are. I see dolls, trucks and stuffed animals, none of which catch my eye. Then I see it, a bright, round yo-y with colorful swirls on it. Since the yo-yo was already out of it's box, I picked it up and started to play with it. The swirls looked so cool spinning round and round. My mom called me to try on some clothes, which of course I thought were very ugly. I put the yo-yo in my pocket and ran to my mom. Once I tried on all the clothes it was time to go. I forgot that the yo-yo was in my pocket and I ended up taking it home. The alarm didn't go off so I didn't find out about it until I got home. It was a crazy day for me and I can still remember it as if it were to happen yesterday. ( I was only 3 when this happened!!!)

Responsibility to do a Good Job
We all have had times that we got trusted  with a important responsibility, well this was mine.  It was a beautiful Sunday morning, not a cloud in the sky. Birds, the guardians of the sky, sing and fill my ears with the peaceful sound. All seems perfect but that all can change in a instant.
We've all have had responsibilities, well this was mine . When I got a goldfish, the pet of my choice,  I wanted to always feed him, and so did my brother, a little bother. We were both little so we fought about every little thing, including feeding the fish. My mom got annoyed so she split up the days that we feed the fish. It was my turn to feed the fish the next day and I had to go to school so I was in a hurry, and I forgot to feed the fish. I realized that I didn't feed the fish and that he must be starving, so I fed the fish not knowing that my brother fed him already!!! There goes my mom's trust in me.

                     Try New Things
You know the old argument were your mom would say eat your vegetables and you would say no. well my mom sayed you have to try new things. My mom broke me that way. She me eat broccoli! I looked at the broccoli and changed my mind about eating it, but the pressure was on. My mom and my dad were both wacthing me, so I had no choose but to eat it. As I slowly slid the grew some green thing known as "food" I tried to pretend that it was chocolate. It finally reached my mouth and slowly I took a bite. After about two seconds later I spit the "food" out. "That is so gross!" I yelled. I ended up throwing up.
At the time I thought why did I try that horrible thing? Now I think at least I tried it, sure I didn't like it, but I still gave it a chance. The whole point of trying something new is to see if you will like it, you have to do that alot when your a baby so you should be able to do it now.

                       Milestone Interest
I love cooking as much as I love karate. I would always ask my mom everyday, "can I help?" She would always " No," But I would keep asking anyway. Finally one day when my mom was making french toast, she said " do you want to help?" I sprinted to my room, put my hair in a pony tail and washed my hands. " what do I do," I asked.
" You are just like a puppy so hyper, all you have to do is mix this bowl of eggs and cinnamon."
         '' Thats it?"
         " Yup."
I mixed the bowl of eggs and cinnamon and after my mom made it into french toast. We had a great breakfast, and I didn't break or spill a thing!
If you have ever wanted to do something, but couldn't and then eventually could, tell me how it went.

                   Milestone Place
In New Jersey there is a city named South Plainfield, and in South Plainfield there's a place called Tiger Shculmann's. My mom found Tiger Shculmann's one day and signed me and my brother up.
As I walked through the door I saw a big red and black mat, pads on the wall with a tiger on them and a really big United states of America flag hung up on the wall. I felt so scared. Nobody was there but the owner, a secratary and Joshu was there. As I went to the locker room for girls, I wondered if people would be kind. I went to the mat and stood there waiting for class to start. Soon a boy and a girl come through the door and onto the mat. I just stand there until class starts. We did a warm up, push ups and some sit ups. After that Joshu paired us up, me with the girl and my brother with the boy. Joshu showed us what to do and told us to practice that with our partners. I did like 75% of it wrong, but Joshu and my partner showed me how to do it and helped me.
By the end of class I had made a new Friend and a new interest.
I tried something new and I liked it, so if you have ever tried something new and liked it, please tell me about it!

                                                 Milestone  Event
My parents have always been proud of me but, this made them as proud as they can be. The day I graduated from elementary school. That day I was as exited as a child getting a puppy, or a monkey with a boatload of bananas. It took a long time for me to get called up, but it was worth the wait. My parents couldn't stop telling me how proud they were, in fact they were as proud as if  it were my high school graduation. Even though it sounds like all happy times it wasn't. There where also sad times, because not everybody was going to the same school. There was also a slide show of pictures the photography club took during the school year. Alot of people started to cry during the slide show but, for some reason I didn't. It  felt like I was going to cry, but still nothing.
I had a great time graduating from elementary school and now I get to go to middle school. That's one school down and three more to go!
If you ever have had a sad milestone, please tell me about it.

            My Halloween Experience
On Halloween day I went to my best friend's house. We went trick- or- treating with my brother, my best friend's neighbors and another friend. My best friend was a Christmas tree, my other friend was a hobo, my brother was Luigi, my best friend's neighbor was a bumblebee, her other neighbor was a soldier from the army and I was a native American Indian.
Once everyone got to my best friend's house we headed out and went to our first house. We all had so much fun talking and fooling around with each other. Hours and hours went by but, to us they felt like minutes. At about 5:00 my best friend, my other friend, my brother, my best friend's mom and I all went back to my best friend's house to relax and eat. We ate pizza, some hot wings, traded candy and watched a little TV. At about 6:30 we left again for some more trick- or- treating. About 2 hours later my mom says " time to go home. I had a fantastic time hanging out with my friends, and I got tons of candy.
Halloween was fantastic this year for me and I would love to hear about how you spent yours, so please tell me all about it!

                      Milestone Person
It's been about seven years ago that my life was changed by just one pet. All it was, was a little goldfish that glistened in it's fishbowl. I named him Golden because he looked like he was gold. Golden was my first pet so I cherished him so much.
While I was bringing Golden home, I observed him swim around in the little clear fishbowl. All Golden did was swim in little circles. Once we got home, my mom wanted to put rocks and a couple of plastic plants in the fishbowl. I left my kitchen were my mom was for about two minutes and when I came back I saw my mom holding Golden in a net in the air. I thought my mom was killing Golden and tried to take the net out of her hand to put Golden the fishbowl. As I was crying and still trying to get Golden, my mom said "stop he's dead." I stoped and started to cry even harder.
After we flushed Golden down the toilet, I tried to stop crying but couldn't. My mom saw how upset I was and asked me, "do you want another fish?" I replied " no, no other fish can replace Golden."
From that day forward I never had another fish again.
I've written about a sad milestone for me, and I would love to hear about one of yours, happy or sad.

                                      Milestone object
When I was around 5 years old,on July 27 my parents bought me a bike. It wasn't much. It was just a pink barbie style bike with the little strings at the end of the handlebars and a backpack where a basket would usually go, but I loved it as much as if it were my parents.
As I sprung up and down in the air with a big smile on my face my dad asked, ''do you want to go to the park?" Once we got there I leaped onto my brand new bike and rode it up and down the sidewalk, since I already knew how to ride a bike. It was fantastic, the wind blasting in my face, the scent of the tires rubbing against the sidewalk and the sound of the strings at the end of the handlebars ruffling  against each other.
Even though I knew my parents loved me, this showed me that they loved me more than I thought.
I just wrote about one of my many milestones and I would love to hear about one of your's, so please tell me about it.

             Does Patriotism still matter?

What is  patriotism? That is what we need to ask ourselves. Some people don't have a clue what patriotism is, some don't think about it. That should change, people need to be patriotic and to be patriotic,  you need to know what it is. That is why I am writing this essay. So, if you do not know what patriotism is, I would keep reading.
Patriotism is devoted love, support and defense for their country. Some people show their patriotism by fighting for their country and others might cheer for them when they get back. You can show patriotism in very simple ways too, like putting your country's flag on your house. I show my patriotism by praying for the troops fighting for our country and I cheer them on.
To some people it doesn't matter that men and women are fighting for our freedom knowing that they can die or get hurt so bad that they can lose a arm or leg. Well do you know what that makes them, it makes them heroes and they should be proud. I can't imagine what kind of life I would have right now if we didn't have heroes like the people who try to get freedom for their country, who try to have a freedom of speech and who try to protect everyone they love. Everyone should be like these people, people who love and care about their country. I'm not saying that everyone should be in the military, I'm just saying to at least the people who are fighting for our freedom and to let them know that their special by gathering together to cheer for them, to show them we care about them and that we are grateful that their fighting for us.
Now you must ask yourself, do I show patriotism? How do I show patriotism, and finally does patriotism still matter?

       Something To Do

As I sit there, I wonder what to do. I can watch TV, read abook or I can play a board game. TV, nothing good on. Board games, boring. So now all that is left is to read a book. Picking up a book, I think this looks good. I open up to the first page and start to read. That's where my journey begins.

                          Rules

Have you ever read the book Rules by Cynthia Lord? If you haven't you really should. I've read it, and it was fantastic! I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars! Anyway, this book is about a twelve year old girl named Catherine and her little brother David. David has autism, so Catherine has been trying to teach him rules like no toys in the fish tank to keep your pants on in public. Since David has autism he has to go to the clinic. One day Catherine went to the clinic with David, and she meets Jason. Jason uses a wheelchair and can not speak. To communicate Jason uses a book with pockets to put cards in. Catherine starts talking to him one day and Jason asks, can you make cards for my book? Jason isn't the only person Catherine meets, she also meets Kristi. Kristi  and Catherine meet because Kristi moves next door and Catherine's mom tells her to introduce herself to the new next door neighbors. I don't want to spoil the whole story so I guess I'll stop here. I hope you decided to read this book.
                                                             Halloween

Boo! Is something you might hear real soon. Do you know why? It's because it's halloween! for halloween you get to dress up as anything you want! you can dress up as a clown, princess, superhero, a monster, etc. Another thing you can do on halloween is go trick-or- treating. For most kids this is the best part only because you get candy. Trick- or- treating is fun because 1 you get candy, and 2 some people decorate their houses so they look realy scary, and to me that makes it exciting. Halloween means candy to most kids but, it's more than that, it's about getting dressed up and getting a little scared. Halloween is my favorite holiday. what's your's?

                The U.S. Flag

The U.S. flag means alot to me. It means freedom because when we won the war against Britan,  and at the end of the war our flag was still there and we won freedom. It also means our own country because we have our own flag that no other country has. The U.S. flag has changed alot through out time, but still no other country has it. The first flag was made by Betsy Ross. Betsy Ross' flag was made with 13 stars and 13stripes. Later on, the U.S. flag has gotten more and more stars that have been formed in various shapes. Usually the stars increased by 1 or 2 stars but, the stripes always stayed the same. I hope you learned a little about the U.S. flag. Bye!

Summer

                                             Summer

Summer's great! It's also beautiful because, you can look at the ocean and flowers. In summer it is very hot so you can go in the ocean or even lie down on the beach and let the sun rays beat down on you. One thing I like to do is go to the pool and swim with friends. You can also play sports like baseball, soccer, football, etc. My favorite part about summer is ....ICE-CREAM! I love summer, do you?

Kicking Karate Class

                                     Kicking Karate Class

I love karate. In karate we have belts. The order of belts from least to greatest is white, white high, blue, blue high, yellow, yellow high, green, green high, red, red high, brown, brown high and black. To get your next color belt you have to pay attention, and do good in core and grappling class. In core we punch and kick pads, and in grappling we wrestle. Sometimes in the summer they have camp. When your at camp you play games, work hard and for lunch we eat pizza! If I were you I would sign up for karate. Trust me, you'll love it!

Special Blog Post

                                                 LEADERSHIP

The dancing guy is a great example of a leader. He had the guts to go out in public and look rediculles by dancing. Sometimes leaders have to do something like that, they have to stand out from the crowd. Not too long after the dancing guy started dancing a follower started dancing with him. He was welcoming and easy to follow, he even helped and taught the follower while they danced. The dancing guy was very confident.Soon more and more followers came and started dancing! Hopefully one day I will be a leader but, I would be nothing without a follower.
